Humour and the fine line.

Hello,

It is Monday and a slow news day. Nevertheless I will overcome.

There are 43 muscles in the human face, the jury is out as to how many a person will use to smile. But there are interesting correlations on how smiling, and its friend laughter affects the human body. When people laugh, it is said, a chemical reaction transmits to every part of the human body. Debra Waterhouse in her book, from tired to inspired says that, ‘When you smile your body is smiling with you. When you laugh each of your cells is laughing with you – electrifying you with positive energy.’ Apparently you humans need laughter to keep you happy and well. You are I think more complicated than I at first thought.

I would love to tell her as she peers worriedly into the mirror that she does not have ‘wrinkles she has laughter lines.’ There are certainly a few. She must be a very happy person.

I am as always

La Grande Sophie.
